Yes, these fees will be annual expenses as Intuit is no longer selling the stand-alone version of QuickBooks without the annual license fee. These prices do not include a payroll subscription, that would be an added cost. As you will see, the price increases are substantial. We are currently evaluating how this will impact our hosted, QBO, and in-house clients QuickBooks clients, and hope to have more information for you in the future.
